We are so glad you're here! We are the EASTERN of two locations located in Colorado Springs, CO & we offer many different classes for people of all ages!

Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes are offered for adults and children at different times of the week. We are also women/veteran owned & offer women only self defense classes and workshops!

Kids Classes

We offer classes for kids ages 5-13 all throughout the week.

Kids are also welcome at our school's open mats & a kid friendly competition class once per week.

Classes are separated by age & skill set.
